I am looking to buy a property in France worth 120,000 eruos as a holiday home, can anyone tell me how much I can expect to borrow from a french lender?

Hi there, you can expect to secure up to 85% on repayment terms. As for 'how much' you should calculate affordability by 33% of gross earnings less current credit commitments. The amount left if positive can be used to meet the cost of your new mortgage. (100% of Joint income can be used in this calculation) more information here
